• Lead the development of glass spacer products
• Develop prototypes and support product testing
• Improve designs using DFM principles
• Support CNC machining and precision manufacturing process
• Perform product measurements and inspections
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive improvements
• Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Support new product introduction and mass production

Ideal Candidates

• Familiar with engineering drawings, DFM and CMM inspection
• Experience in CNC machining or product development
• Experience in glass spacers or precision components is a plus
