Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the 3,000-acre oil palm estate
- Plan and oversee estate development, maintenance, harvesting and replanting
- Monitor FFB yield, field performance and agronomic activities
- Lead and manage the Assistant Estate Manager and estate team
- Manage estate budget, costs and operational resources
- Ensure proper management of soil, water, pests and field conditions
- Oversee estate infrastructure, roads, worker housing and utilities
- Ensure compliance with MSPO, safety, labour and environmental requirements
- Prepare regular estate performance reports for senior management
- Identify ways to improve productivity, efficiency and overall estate performance

Ideal Candidates
- Practical experience in oil palm plantation management
- Experience in peat soil management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of plantation agronomy and estate operations
- Knowledge of MSPO, labour, safety and environmental requirements
- Willing to stay and work in the estate in Pahang
