• Maintain ISO documentation and document changes
• Support in internal audits (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
• Support external audits and prepare required records
• Guide QC Inspectors on daily inspection activities
• Work with production on daily quality matters
• Support customer complaint investigation
• Manage DMR and RMA processes
