What You Will Do

  • Manage the executives calendar, appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations and reports
  • Handle personal tasks, errands, and administrative duties
  • Organize and maintain files, records and correspondence
  • Assist in managing events, conferences and related functions
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support HR and office administrative tasks

Ideal Candidates

  • Relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. 
  • Trilingual ability is an added advantage (ENG/BM/中文).
