What You'll Do

• Manage daily production operations and output.
• Monitor manpower and production line performance.
• Track production output, downtime and material usage.
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure product quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and FSSC.
• Monitor production losses, wastage and rejects.
• Maintain production records and KPI reports.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Support production teams in daily operations.

Ideal Candidates

• Experience with production lines or PET production is an advantage
• Experience in food processing or beverage manufacturing is preferred
• Good understanding of production operations and food safety
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP and FSSC standards
